2. Orders and payment

Work begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the selected plan and the complexity of the product category, but Starter Pack orders are designed for fast turnaround.

3. Client inputs

You are responsible for ensuring that the product details, offer claims, links, and uploaded materials you submit are accurate and lawful to use.

4. Content limits

PersonaX may refuse or adjust requests involving restricted, unsafe, misleading, or platform-sensitive products or claims.

5. Revisions

Minor corrections may be accommodated where reasonable, but package scope and output count follow the selected plan.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand and product materials. PersonaX retains ownership of its underlying system, processes, and website assets.

7. Delivery

Final delivery updates and video links are provided through the email address submitted with the order.

8. Liability

PersonaX provides creative production services and does not guarantee ad performance, platform approval, or sales results.
